産地である タラス ロスサントス地区は良質のコーヒー産地として有名であり、中でもSanta Maria De Dota地区は、タラス地区において最も良質のコーヒーを産出しています。
コスタリカを代表する産地、タラス。そのなかでも1,800mと高い標高を誇るロスサントス地区産で、イエローハニー製法という丁寧な天日乾燥によって高いレベルのカップを実現させています。
※コーヒーチェリーから果肉除去を行ったのちミューシレージと呼ばれる粘液質を水である程度洗い流して乾燥させるパルプドナチュラル精製。フローラルハニーの「ハニー」はミューシレージのこと、これが30～50％残った状態の製法をイエローハニー製法といいます。

The Taras Los Santos area, where it is produced, is famous for its high quality coffee, and the Santa Maria De Dota area produces the highest quality coffee in the Taras area.
Taras is a representative production area in Costa Rica. Among these, it is produced in the Los Santos area, which boasts a high altitude of 1,800 meters, and is produced using a careful sun drying process called the yellow honey manufacturing method to achieve a high-quality cup.
*Pulped natural purification is done by removing the pulp from coffee cherries, washing away some of the mucilage called mucilage with water, and drying. The "honey" in floral honey refers to mucilage, and the manufacturing method in which 30 to 50% of this remains is called the yellow honey manufacturing method.
